LeadRPG Retreat

coming soon!

Four people in business attire walking through a colorful tunnel towards a landscape of mountains and a lake, with a sky that is partly cloudy.

Leadership is an epic adventure.

Integrating Tabletop Role-Playing Games with Leadership Development

At LeadRPG, we believe that leadership is best learned through experience. Our retreats are meticulously designed to advance individual and teams’ leadership capacity, leveraging play as a tool to engage and develop self-awareness, an understanding of personal and professional roles, team identity, and group process.

Our Summer 2025 Cohort will explored…

  • Adapting to change

  • Collaborative group dynamics

  • Deepening relationships with self-awareness

This retreat is for you if you:

  • Crave experiential learning that sticks

  • Want to level up as a leader and a teammate

  • Believe play can unlock serious personal and professional growth

What you’ll get out of the experience

A group of people sitting around a dining table engaged in a game, with one person standing and narrating, several bowls of snacks, drinks, and papers on the table, in a well-lit room with artwork and a modern ceiling light.

Three days of immersive play, workshops, and discussion guided by expert leadership game masters and coaches.

A group of six people sitting in a living room, engaged in a discussion or meeting, with notebooks, papers, and electronic devices on the table and sofa.

Challenging leadership development based on your unique goals.

What people are saying about Lead+RPG

I enjoyed the role playing and getting to bond with the other leaders through play. I also enjoyed learning and discovering things about each other and ourselves that we may not have discovered otherwise.
A highlight for me was the unique experience of the process, storyline, etc. I haven’t heard of anything like this prior to the engagement.
It allowed me some dedicated time to focus on my development and leadership goals, which is not always a priority otherwise.
