My background in experience design includes crafting large-scale game experiences that foster engagement, learning, and transformation.
My Role In The Party
🔍 Pathfinder | Activator 🔥
When the road ahead is uncertain, I chart the course. I thrive in complexity, solving problems in unconventional ways and embracing experimentation to navigate uncharted terrain. I’m comfortable in ambiguity and love the challenge of determining the next steps forward.
How I Got Into Lead+RPG
I've always been passionate about experience design, systems thinking, and leadership development—three disciplines that naturally intersect in Lead+RPG. I believe games are one of the most powerful tools for learning and transformation, allowing us to explore, experiment, and grow in ways traditional leadership models often miss. The chance to help build a space where leaders can play, fail safely, and discover new ways to lead was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.
Games I Like
Dungeons & Dragons and Wildsea.
My Current Campaign – I’m running a homebrew D&D campaign set in a world where magic has returned after a millennia locked away.
Nat 20 Moments
🎲 In-Game: Surviving a fireball spell from a necromancer as a level 3 rogue after stealing an orb (oops).
🌟 In Life: Completing an Ironman
Best Piece of Advice I’ve Received
A previous boss of mine used to always say, "Let's just think this through." These words were the signal to me that I needed to take a step back from the challenge at hand and pause to evaluate the options. By taking a few minutes to slow down, we usually were able to align and move much faster afterward. I've taken this lesson with me since.
What I’ve learned from TRPGs
We get to write our collective futures together. Just because something has been a certain way doesn’t mean it always has to be that way. Every moment is a chance for us to think differently and pave a path forward.
