Team learning
A group process that guides clients in the process of developing, acting, reflecting, and crystalizing professional and/or personal development practice through a work project connected to company needs. Recurring meetings form a community to support clients’ leadership development and professional growth accompanied by learning management and intentional design by the facilitator.

Gamenamic Workshops
Gamenamic facilitators combine dynamic activities and gameplay with in-the-moment coaching and reflective debriefing. Participants practice their newly learned skills with real time constructive feedback and support before critically reflecting on their own development as well as how the mental models present in the game/workshop can contribute to leadership and their work moving forward.

Leadership Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative process of developing a creative presence in the relationship between coach and client. Working together, we reveal potential for the client to explore their self-determined goals for increasing awareness and transforming thoughts, attitudes, feelings and behavior. Meet 1:1 for 45-60 minutes, every 2-4 weeks.

My name is Joe Lasley, aka Dr. Joe, and I am an assistant professor, coach, and consultant who specializes in experiential learning and using gaming for leadership development. I work with students, clients, and teams. Together we generate developmental interactions and I facilitate a creative process that helps participants learn about themselves and build personal agency in group dynamics. The goal of this work is to support people, their passions, living enriching lives, co-creating a socially just future, and all while having some fun while we are at it!
